Email support@klipsend.com within 14 days of your purchase. Send it from, or mention, the email address you bought with, so we can find the order. You don't need to give a reason.
Klipsend Pro is sold by Polar, our merchant of record. Polar returns the full amount, including any sales tax or VAT, to the card or account you paid with. How soon it appears depends on your bank.
Once the refund goes through, your account returns to the Free plan and your license key stops working. The recordings on your Mac are untouched — recording and exporting locally are free forever.
This policy doesn't take away any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
